I happen to have a #8 Circus car, but no driver. Everything else seems to be intact except there&#039;s a hole in the middle of the dash. Steering wheel maybe?

Could you tell me where I might locate a driver and steering wheel if needed; and what the value of the car may be with and without the driver? I realize condition is VERY important - No box and in ave to good cond, I&#039;d say.
